Even though I’ve lived only 30 minutes from it my whole life… I
hadn’t been to Anna Maria Island until this weekend. I headed down
through Bradenton on Saturday.
The weather wasnt very great- it was raining periodically and
visibility was none. Even so… It was a very cool place.
I ate at the Beach House restaurant- a rather cheap seafood joint.
The grouper there was excellent. Its unique because the outside dining
area is literally 10 feet from the ocean. They price gauge for frozen
drinks though… The drink was over priced and weak.
Maybe I’ll go down there again this weekend.
